Ashwini has worked on the theme in abstract figures, a woman painted in dark colors depicts the story of basket weavers who join twigs together to earn a living. Considering no job as small, these women form a network with each other and work together to weave baskets. Although there is no real profit from the business, these poor women prefer working on their own and earning for themselves.
Dark colors have been used in the painting to connect with their poor lifestyle and vague future of their business.
